摘 要:目的检测不同来源山茱萸中马钱苷的含量。方法采用反高效液相色谱法,柱温25℃,流速1.0m Lm/in,检测波长240nm。结果各药材马钱苷含量分别在1.21%~1.62%,其中以河南宛西山茱萸中马钱苷含量最高。在0.1~0.8μg范围内马钱苷回归方程为y:=0.9000x+1.3903r(=0.9998)。结论不同来源山茱萸中马钱苷的含量不同。Objective To study the containing of loganin in the Comus officinalis in different sources. Methods RP-HPLC detective was used to determine the loganin levels in all samples. The column temperature was set at 25℃, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. and the detection wavelength was 240nm. Results The loganin levels in each sample were between 1.21%- 1.62%, in which the loganin levels in Comus officinalis from Wanxi Henan was the highest. The method was proved to be linear in the range of 0-0.8 g with the hnear equation was: y= 0.9000x+1.3903(r=0.9998). Conclusion There is the containing difference of loganin in all samples in the different sources.
