摘 要:讨论了胡状集胡五块油水井套管损坏的主要原因。套管损坏主要受地应力、固井质量、盐岩蠕变、射孔补孔、高压注水、强化采油、腐蚀及作业环境等因素的影响。提出了胡五块套管损坏防治方案。开发了高强度!101.6mm(!104.8mm)套管、高压注水套管保护工艺管柱、低伤害井下锚定工具、井下井况监测、井筒套管防腐、!101.6mm套管延迟固井、开窗侧钻等系列防治技术,并进行了广泛的应用,取得了良好效果。This paper discussed the main reason of casing damage for oil-water wells in block Hu 5.Casing damage is mainly influenced by many factors,such as the ground stress,well cementation quality,salty creep, perforation and re-perforation,high-pressure flooding ,enhanced recovery,corrosion and operation environment. Therefore,casing damage preventing and controlling plan was proposed and a series of new preventing and controlling technologies were developed,such as high strength φ101.6mm (φ104.8mm)casing, high -pressure flooding casing,protecting drilling strings,downhole anchoring tool with a low injury,well situation monitoring, casing anticorrosion,φ101.6mmcasing retarding cementation,casing sidetracking and so on.The technologies mentioned above were applied widely and the good effect was obtained.
