超声对外阴白色病变组织血管内皮生长因子、神经生长因子蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨超声治疗外阴白色病变的机制。方法采用免疫组化SABC法研究外阴白色病变病人超声治疗前后外阴组织中VEGF和NGF蛋白表达。结果一定剂量超声治疗外阴白色病变,一段时期以后,外阴组织中VEGF和NGF蛋白表达降低(P<0.05)。结论超声治疗后病变皮肤基本恢复正常,组织所受刺激减少,导致VEGF、NGF产生减少,表达相对较低。说明超声治疗外阴白色病变是有效的。[Objective ] To investigate mechanism on white lesions of vulva treated by ultrasound. [Methods] To study changes of VEGF and NGF protein in tissue of white lesions of vulva before and after ultrasound therapy. [Results] We detect lowering of VEGF and NGF protein after some phases by ultrasound therapy in certain dose （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusions ] After ultrasound irradiation, pathological vulva skins have already become normal and suf- fered stimulation of tissue lessens and production of VEGF and NGF protein decrease. We conclude it is effective to treat white lesions of vulva by ultrasound.
