摘　　要：目的研究C-erbB-2蛋白在子宫内膜病变中的表达规律及其在子宫内膜癌的发生、预后评估的临床价值。方法用免疫组化法(S-P)检测增生期、分泌期正常子宫内膜各15例作为对照组,子宫内膜增殖症30例、非典型增生30例、子宫内膜癌高、中、低分化各30例,共150例作为实验组,观察C-erbB-2蛋白及雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)在正常子宫内膜及不同内膜病变中的阳性表达。结果C-erbB-2蛋白和ER、PR在子宫内膜增殖症、非典型增生中阳性表达与对照组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在子宫内膜癌中,C-erbB-2蛋白的阳性表达明显升高,有统计学意义(P<0.01);在子宫内膜癌中ER、PR阳性表达降低,与对照组比较有意义。C-erbB-2蛋白阳性表达率与临床分期(P<0.05)、组织分化程度(P<0.05)、淋巴转移(P<0.01)和ER、PR(P<0.05)有关。结论C-erbB-2蛋白、ER、PR与子宫内膜癌的发生密切相关,C-erbB-2蛋白表达增加、ER及PR表达减少提示子宫内膜病变恶性程度高,且预后不良。[Objective] To investigate the expression of Protein C-erbB-2 and estrogen receptor（ER）, progesterone reeeptor （PR） in Endometrial Diseases and its clinical significance for the incidence of endometrial carcinoma and evaluation for prognosis. [Method] Experimental group： 150 cases including 90 of endometrial carcinoma, 30 of edometrial hyperlpasia, 30 of atypical proliferation. Control group： 30 cases including 15 of proliferative endometriurn and 15 of secretory endometrium. Detect the expression of ER, PR, Protein C--erbB-2 in these cases. [Resuits] Expression Of protein C-erbB-2 and ER ,PR in endometrial hyperlpasia atypical proliferation have no statistical significance between the control group and experimental group （P 〉0.05）. The expression of protein C-erbB-2 obviously increase in endometrial carcinoma and there is significance （P 〈0.01） compared with control group and The expression of ER （P〈0.01） and PR （P 〈0.05） decrease in endometrial carcinoma compared with control group. The positive rate of Protein C-erbB-2 is correlation with the clinical phase （P 〈0.05）, grade of cellular differentiation（P〈0.05） and ER, PR （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] protein C-erbB-2, ER and PR are related to the incidence of endometrial carcinoma. The over expression protein C-erbB-2 indicates a poor prognosis of patients with endometfial carcinoma.
