摘  要:从太原污水处理厂分离到1株硫酸盐还原菌,对其进行形态学观察及生理生化特征测定,鉴定为脱硫脱硫弧菌(Desulfovibriodesulfuricans).该菌株在pH=7、温度30℃、搅拌速度270r/min时生长最好,处理SO2的能力最强.当二氧化硫进口浓度小于10334mg/m3,SO2-3累积浓度小于87.31mg/L时,菌体生长良好,碱液流加速率较小,但当二氧化硫进口浓度达到11582mg/m3,SO2-累积至124.06mg/L时,菌体生长受到抑制,系统被破坏.One pure strain of sulfate - reducing bacteria was isolated from a sewage treatment plant in Taiyuan and it was identified as Desulfovibrio desulfuricans by morphological observations, as well as physiological and biochemical measurements. The optimum pH, temperature and agitation rate for the strain growth and desulfuration were 7.0, 30 ℃ and 270 r/min, respectively. The growth of the strain was in good condition and the rate of alkali consumption was low when the inlet sulfur dioxide and the sulfite accumulation concentration were less than 10 334 mg/m^3 and 87.31 mg/L, respectively. But when the inlet sulfur dioxide and the sulfite accumulation concentration rose up to 11 582 mg/m^3 and 124.06 mg/L, respectively, the strain was confined and the system was broken. Fig 6, Ref 11
