描图纸作为铺垫材料在烧伤治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:寻找烧伤湿润医疗技术(MEBT／MEBO)治疗大面积烧伤创面的最佳铺垫材料。方法:回顾我院336 例Ⅲ度大面积烧伤病人的病历资料,总结分析我院1999年以来阶段性采用脱脂无菌棉垫、一次性无菌无纺布、无菌描图纸作为刨面与床单之间的铺垫材料的临床应用效果。结果:应用无菌描图纸能明显减少创面药膏被铺垫材料吸附而造成药膏浪费的现象,从而延长了创面供药时间,减少了创面供药次数,节省了医务人员处理创面的时间,更主要的是使创面持续保持有效的药物成分,达到MEBT／MEBO治疗烧伤创面的目的,最终减轻了病员的痛苦,为病人节省了医疗费用。结论: 无菌描图纸可替代无菌棉垫和一次性无菌无纺布作为治疗大面积烧伤创面的最佳铺垫材料,值得推广运用。Objective： To find a bedding material to be placed in between burn wound and the sheet, for burn patients receiving MEBT/MEBO treatment, in order to reduce waste of the ointment. Method： Since 1999, we have treated 336 cases of 3^rd degree extensive burn with MEBT/MEBO. We have tried many bedding materials including sterile absorbent cotton pad, one - use sterile non- woven cloth and sterile tracing paper, etc. Result： The amount of the ointment adsorbed by sterile tracing paper was significantly less than other bedding materials. So the consumption of the ointment can be reduced and the interval of MEBO application can be prolonged. The time the medical workers used in managing the wound can be saved. What is more important is that MEBO can be more effective when it stays longer in the wounds. The patients may have less pain and the cost can be reduced. Conclusion： Sterile tracing paper is an ideal bedding materials to be used in the treatment of extensive deep burn.
