摘　　要：对中石油乌鲁木齐石化公司第一化肥合成氨装置油改气及扩能改造项目的项目背景、技术来源、改造工艺技术路线及其创新点进行了总体介绍。改造的总体方案为合成氨装置的生产原料全部更换为天然气,对现有的原料天然气压缩、气化、变换、低温甲醇洗、氨合成进行改造。新增加变换、MDEA脱碳、甲烷化、20000m3/h空分装置。The article gives a presentation about the revamping project of the ammonia plant of Urumqi Branch Co., Petro China. It presents the background of the project, technical sources, process mute and innovation in general. The general scheme is to replace the residual oil feed with natural gas, revamp parts of the ammonia plant, such as natural gas compression, gasification, CO shift, Rectisol and ammonia synthesis and add new section, e. g., parallel CO shift, MDEA for CO2 removal, methanator and 20000m^3/h air separator.
