摘 要:为进一证实磺胺二甲基嘧啶(以下简称SM2)防治鸡球虫病的实用价值,测定了该药给药后不同时间在海兰鸡心、肺、肝、肾、脾、肌肉和小肠等组织中的浓度.发现SM2在海兰鸡体内吸收快,分布广泛,在心、肝、肺、肾及小肠中浓度较高,尤其在小肠内浓度最高,给药后0.5h药物浓度高达27.8034(mg/100ml),给药后6h内药物浓度均值为11.4968(mg/100ml),都大大超过了磺胺药在血液中的最低有效浓度(5mg/100ml),进一步证实了SM2防治鸡球虫病的实用价值.The concentrations of SM2 in various tissues of Hy-line fowls at different times (0. 5,1, 2, 4 and 6 hours) after drug administration were determined for further demonstrating the effects of preventing and treating coccidiosis in fowls. It was found that SM2 was absorbed quickly and distributed widely, the concentrations in the tissues of heart, liver, lung, kidney and small intestine were all higher,facially, the drug concentration in the tissue of small intestine was highest. Half an hour after drug administration the average value of drug concentration in the tissue of small intestine reached its peak value (27. 8034 mg/ 100ml) and maintained a level of 11. 4968 mg/ 100ml with 6 hours after administration, and all of them were higher than the minimum effective drug concentration (5mg/100ml) of sulfa-drugs in the blood. The result further demonstrates the practical value of SM2 in the prevention and treatment to the coccidiosis in fowls.
