摘　　要：利用有限元法分析一种新型的基于ACPS(非对称共面条带)电极L iNbO3光纤型行波调制器,对其性能进行分析,结果表明,该调制器具有带宽大、半波电压低,阻抗匹配等优点。文中同时还给出调制器的结构尺寸。Finite element method is employed to analyze a novel LiNbO3 optical fiber traveling-wave modulator based on ACPS. Furthermore, the performance of the modulator is calculated through the FEM, the results show that the modulator has the advantages of broadband bandwidth, low half-wave voltage and excellent impedance matching. Then, the optimal structure dimension of the optical fiber type modulator is given.
