摘 要:首先提出了传统企业电子商务系统成功影响因素模型,之后以我国图书出版行业为实证研究对象,验证了模型的正确性.在对回收问卷进行有效性和可靠性分析的基础上,采用相关分析、回归分析等方法,识别出对电子商务系统成功的影响因素包括领导、战略、管理、组织、技术、客户因素、网站综合性能、面向客户功能;电子商务系统成功的关键影响因素包括客户、战略、技术因素、网站综合性能.The study on the critical success factors (CSF) for electronic commerce systems has been a hot topic in both academe and industry. Firstly, this paper puts forward the hypothesis of success factors in electronic commerce (EC) of traditional companies. Then, it does the empirical study on Chinese publishing industry in order to verify the hypothesis. After testing validity and reliability of the sample data, this paper verifies the hypothesis with the method of correlation analysis and regression analysis, and finally identifies the factors impacting EC success such as leadership, strategy, organization, management, IT, and customer, comprehensive functions of website and customer- oriented functions. In addition, customers, strategy, IT and comprehensive functions of website are the critical factors impacting EC success. This research not only impels EC research in China, but also has instructional effect on the implementing EC for Chinese publishing enterprises to increase the success rate of EC.
