摘 要:目的为了进一步研究蜂窝构件纯弯状态下的弯扭屈曲.方法笔者利用有限元软件ANSYS对两种不同截面的H形钢梁在纯弯曲时的弹性弯扭屈曲临界荷载进行了分析,对所得到的结果与理论公式计算的结果进行了比较,结果吻合的较好,这表明ANSYS软件分析具有可行性,根据这一结果,蜂窝梁在纯弯曲时的弹性弯扭屈曲临界荷载可以采用该软件进行模拟分析.结果对开孔率相同跨度不同以及跨度相同度开孔率不同的蜂窝梁进行了计算并对计算结果与原型钢进行了分析比较.结论利用有限元软件可以很好地模拟出开孔率及不同截面的纯弯蜂窝梁的弯扭屈曲临界弯矩,蜂窝梁的弯扭屈曲临界弯矩明显高于原型钢钢梁,其值随着开孔率的逐渐增加而降低,但是开孔率的影响并不十分明显.In order to further research on torsional-flexure of castellated beams under pure bending, elastic torsional-flexural critical bending of two H-shaped steel beams which are in different sections is calculated by using ANSYS. The results are compared with those from the theoretical formula, and they inosculate well. So this indicates that it is feasible to analyze the results with ANSYS. According to this analysis, elastic torsional-flexural critical bending of castellated beams can be simulated and analyzed with this software, too. .So the torsional-flexural critical bending of castellated beams is calculated with this software. When the opening ratio is the same, the span is different; and when the span is the same, the opening ratio is different. At the same time, the calculation results are compared with those from the initial steel. It is expressed that torsional-flexural critical bending of castellated beams can be simulated very well with different opening ratios and spans, and torsional-flexural critical bending of castellated beams is higher than that of initial steel. Furthermore, its value reduces with the increase of opening ratio, but the effect is not obvious.
