摘　　要：对规划环境影响评价的内容作出了概述性的介绍,并根据规划环境影响评价的特点,得出规划环境影响评价的指标体系应包括自然环境指标、生态环境指标、资源利用指标、能源利用指标和社会经济指标5大体系。列举了当前适用于规划环境影响评价的技术方法,并对其进行简单的对比分析。The contents of environmental impact assessment for planning were briefly introduced in the present paper. Based on the character of environmental impact assessment for planning. The system of indicators was proposed, including five kinds of indicators with regard to natural environment, eco - environment, resource utilization, energy consumption and social - economies. The methods suitable to environmental impact assessment for planning.were listed and the comparison between different methods was made.
