摘　　要：论述了国内外低压甲醇合成技术现状,介绍了新型等温冷管型低压甲醇塔在双合成系统串联流程的应用实例,对工艺过程、改造前后系统物料平衡进行了分析对比,提出了改造措施和设计方案。Present situation was discussed on the low pressure methanol synthesis technology; applicable example in process of double synthesis system in series was introduced for new type of isothermal cold-tube low pressure methanol converter, analysis and eomparison were made for material balance of system before ＆ after reformation, reformation measure and design scheme were presented.
