摘　　要：通过采用高效节能型蒸发式冷凝器,对合成氨生产冷冻工序中制冷压缩机出口气氨冷却系统进行了技术改造。介绍了高效节能型蒸发式冷凝器的工艺原理和安装操作要点,从消耗、投资、操作、检修等方面总结了技改效果,年创经济效益223.1万元。By using high effective energy conversation type of evaporation condenser, the technical reformation was made for outlet gas ammonia cooling system of refrigerator in refrigeration procedure of ammonia synthesis production. The process principle and installation operation gist for high effective energy conservation type of evaporation condenser were introduced, teehnical reformation effect was sumrnarized from aspects of energy consume, invest, operation and maintenance economic etc. , benefit annually attained is 2. 231 million Yuan RMB.
