摘 要:在充分利用MDT强大的三维建模和参数化建模功能、ANSYS的有限元分析计算功能及VB的连接功能的基础上,建立了综合的机械零件可靠度计算软件系统(CSMCR)。CSMCR具有参数随机建模功能,弥补了ANSYS建立复杂三维模型难的问题;通过自编程序完成可靠度的计算,并将MDT的建模功能、ANSYS的有限元分析及自编程序的可靠度计算集成于一体,实现了无缝连接,增强了系统分析问题的能力。齿轮减速器实例分析表明,零件可靠度计算结果可靠,CSMCR是一种实用的可靠性集成软件系统。This paper built CSMCR (Calculating System of Mechanical Component Reliability) which depended on the foundation of VB, MDT and ANSYS. It used the mighty functions of building three dimen- sions models and building parametrical models, used the finite element method's calculation functions of ANSYS, and used the mighty connection functions of VB to finish this system's connection and design. This system has the functions of building parametric models, which makes up the disadvantages that ANSYS are hard to build complicated three dimensional models, and it can complete the automatic calculations depending on the procedure that is done by the developed software. It includes the modeling functions of MDT, the analysis functions of ANSYS and reliability calculation, achieves the seamless joint and builts up the system capability of analysis by synthesis problems. The calculation results are reliable by a typical example of gear reducer. The integration software is a practical system for calculating the mechanical component reliability.
