摘　　要：奥沙利铂是一种新型的抗肿瘤药物,对多种癌种有效。本文介绍了奥沙利铂的化学合成方法,对国内外主要研究方法进行了分析,研究了国内外的发展趋势。避开国外专利保护范围,设计出一条新的合成路线并探讨了该工艺的可行性,简要介绍了奥沙利铂在医药方面的应用。Oxaliplatin is a new anticancer drug that has good inhibitive effect on cancers. Synthesis and analysis of oxaliplatin were introduced, and a trend on oxaliplatin was reviewed. A new method for synthesis of oxaliplatin was designed to avoid the intellectual property right problem, and the feasibility of the method was discussed. Finally, the application of oxaliplatin in medicine was introduced briefly.
