摘  要:以工业偏钛酸、工业浓硫酸为原料,采用稀释热水解法连续酸溶水解,并将银以磷酸难溶盐的形式载入,制备出载银纳米二氧化钛,优惠工艺条件:酸溶物料比H2TiO3/H2SO4=3(m/m),酸溶时间150~180 min,水解时间100~120 min,获得细小载银纳米前驱体。经喷雾干燥和450、500、550℃热处理后,XRD检测发现TiO2均为锐钛型,银未以银单质或银盐晶相出现在纳米粉体中。最终产品载银纳米二氧化钛粒径为20~80 nm,最小抑菌浓度达1.0×10-4 mg/kg,杀菌率为99.99%。In this study, precursor of nano-TiO2 was prepared from industrial H2TiO3 and 98% sulfuric acid in continuous acid dissolution and pyro-hydrolysis. The precursor was embedded with silver in the form of Ag3O4 The optimum parameters for the preparation was the ratio of H2TiO3 to H2SO4 in dissolving process=3 and time=150-180 min, hydrolysis time=100-120 min. After dried with a sprayer and thermal treated at 450℃, 500℃ and 550 ℃, the TiO2 present in the product was in anatase phase and without simple silver saline phase based on the analyses of X- ray Diffraction (XRD). The particle size of product Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 was in the range of 20-80 nm. The minimum inhibitor concentration (MIC) of the product was 100 ppm and the efficiency of sterilization was 99.99%.
