摘 要:采用在-γAl2O3表面附晶生长的方法合成了MCM-41/-γAl2O3复合材料,考察了表面活性剂用量、投料硅铝比、合成母液pH值等对复合材料中MCM-41结晶度的影响。结果表明,在n(CTMABr)/n(SiO2)大于0.32、硅铝比大于4.68及合成母液pH值为10.5的条件下,合成的MCM-41/-γAl2O3复合材料中MCM-41的结晶度接近Si-MCM-41。X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和低温N2吸附脱附表征结果表明,MCM-41/-γAl2O3是由MCM-41生长于-γAl2O3的表面而形成的复合材料。MCM-41/-γAl2O3复合材料中的MCM-41具有较高的热稳定性。A novel MCM-41/γ-Al2O3 composite was obtained by overgrowth of MCM-41 on the surface of γ-Al2O3. The effects of surfactant amount, ratio of n (Si) to n (Al) in the feed and pH value of synthesis mother liquid on crystallinity of MCM-41 in composite were investigated. The results indicate that the crystallinity of MCM-41 in composite, in the conditions of ratio of n (CTMABr) to n (SiO2) greater than 0.32, ratio of n (Si) to n (Al) greater than 4.68 and pH value equal to 10.5, was similar to that of Si-MCM-41. The composite was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption techniques. The results show that MCM-41/γ-Al2O3 is a composite with MCM-41 overgrowing on the surface of γ-Al2O3 and MCM-41 in composite is thermally stable.
