摘 要:有机铬/HPAM在高温条件下成胶时间短,形成的凝胶稳定性差,长期放置脱水严重。酚醛树脂类弱凝胶耐温性能提高,抗脱水性以及稳定性变好。采用复合交联堵剂越来越受到人们的重视,具有良好的应用前景。以HPAM为主剂,有机铬(JL)为主交联剂,醛类化合物(JK)为辅助交联剂,形成有机铬/醛/HPAM弱凝胶体系。考察了主交联剂、辅助交联剂、HPAM的浓度对其成胶性能的影响。同时,岩心驱替结果还表明该弱凝胶体系对非均质地层有很好的调剖效果,使水驱采收率得到大幅度提高。The gelauion time of organic chromium/HPAM is short on condition of high temperature and the stabiliuy of gel is bad. The dehydration is serious if the gel is placed long- term. The! anti - temperature property of phenol formaldehyde resin weak gel is improved, and the anti - dehydration property and stability is good. Compound cross- linking ware control agent is more and more appraised and has good application prospect. We make HPAM as major agent, organic chromium (JL) as major cross- linking agent, aldehyde compound (JK) as auxiliary cross- linking agent and form weak gel system of organic chromium/ aldehyde/ HPAM. We examed the influence of concentration of major cross - linking agent, auxiliary cross - linking agent, HPAM on the gel property. Simultaneity, the result of core displacement indicates that this weak gel system has a good profile modification effect on the heterogeneous stratum and can enhance water- flooding recovery obviously.
