摘 要:目的:评估广东省临床实验室实施尿液沉渣分析检查规范化工作情况。方法;对广东省内365间临床实验室进行问卷调查,分析备实验室对5个浓度尿液质控品的测定结果。结果:(1)广东省县级以上医院有74.8%仍用普通玻片(或加盖玻片)直接镜检进行尿液沉渣分析检查.只有25.2%的医院采用商品化尿液沉渣检测系统。(2)被调查的实验室在尿液沉渣分析检查的日常工作中符合我国血液学和体液学专家委员会公布《尿液沉渣检查标准化的建议》只占27.9%.不符合占72.1%。(3)金省临床医学实验室对5个浓度尿液质控品的实验室间测定结果非常离散,CV达92%~200%。结论:广东省临床实验室开展尿液沉渣分析检查规范化工作仍然十分不足。商品化尿液沉渣检测系统有助于标准化尿液沉渣显微镜分析,但不同系统的结果差异仍然较大。Objective: To assess the normalization of urinary sediment testing in clinical laboratories in Guangdong province. Methods:The questionnaire was investigated in 365 clinical laboratories in Guangdong province, and the measurement results of the quality control urine of 5 different concentrations were analyzed. Results: In the county hospitals or the higher level ones, the sediment urinaly sis by slide directoscopy occurred in 74.8%, and by commercial detection syst;em in 25. 2%. The sediment urinalysis routine was in ac cordance with the requirements of "The suggestions for standardization of sediment urinalysis" instituted by the expert committee in hematology and osology in 27.9% of laboratories. The results of the quality control urine were variable among clinical laboratories, and the coefficient of variation was 92% to 200%. Conclusion.. The standardization of urine sediment analysis is unsatisfactory in Guangdong province. The commercial detection systems are helpful in standardizing the sediment urinalysis, but there are significant differences among them.
