社区居民高血压病相关知识、态度、行为调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 对社区居民高血压病相关知识、态度、行为进行基线调查，并分析相关的影响因素，为社区高血压病防治提供基础资料。方法 随机抽取银川市社区卫生服务站（中心）所辖居民为调查对象，由经专门培训的调查员，采取面对面访谈的方式进行调查，对调查资料进行描述性统计和单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 社区居民高血压病相关知识知晓率在38．8％，74．8％之问，高血压病预防控制措施的知晓率在19．8％～60．0％之间，知识、态度、信念（Knowledge，Attitude，Practice，KAP）总得分及格率50．7％；多因素Logistic回归分析提示，KAP总得分与文化程度、医疗保障形式、家庭人均月收入、职业、是否患有高血压、高血压家族史及年龄有关。结论 社区高血压病相关知识、态度和行为水平不高，有必要在社区全人群中开展以高血压病综合防治为主的健康教育和健康促进活动。干预重点可以放在文化层次较低的人群、工人、个体企事业单位人员和低收入人群。Objective To investigate the knowledge, Attitude and practice related to hypertension, to analyze the influential factors, and to provide the prevention knowledge for the community. Methods The residants in communities of Yinchuan were enrolled by random sample and interviewed by investigators who were trained specially for this investigation. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, single and multi - factor logistic regression analysis. Results The knowing- rote of the basic knowledge related to hypertension were from 38.8% to74.8% ,the knowing- rote of the preventive and control measures were from 19.8% to 60.0%, The pass rate of total knowledge attitude practice（KAP） of hypertension was 50.7%. The multi - factor logistic regression analysis indicated that The pass rate of total KAP related to the education level, medical care assurance, average income, occupation, history of hypertension, family history of hypertension and age. Conclusion The KAP score is lower in the communities. It is necessary to carry out health education program for all the population in the communities. The main intervened population should be lower educational residents, workers, employee and lower paid crowds.
