宁夏2004年法定传染病网络直报情况分析

摘　　要：目的掌握传染病网络直报系统运转情况,分析网络直报形式对传染病报告的影响,以便采取针对性措施提高传染病报告质量。方法对宁夏2004年网络直报数据及运转情况进行分析。结果2004年传染病报告发生重大错误报告11起,乡镇以上医疗机构平均零、缺报率32.0%,乡镇卫生院平均零、缺报率55.9%,有9.55%的报告单位全年无病例报告;卡片未及时审核率2.37%,重卡率0.04%。结论网络直报系统运行状况良好,达到了直报的目的,但报告的及时率和审核工作有待提高和加强。Objective To understand the operation state of this report system system in infectious diseases, to analyze the influential factors of this report system, and then to take practical steps to improve the quality of the direct network report. Methods The data and operation steps were analyzed in Ningxia in 2004. Results Eleven misreports were found. The average rate of nil and neglect from upward medical institutes of villages and towns was 32.0 %, from villages and town＇ s hospital was 55.9 %. No case reported in these institutes in the whole year was 9.55 %. The delayed auditing rate was 2.37 %, repeated reports was 0.04 %. Conclusion The network operation is efficient and achieves its goal, but prompt report and audit should be improved and strengthened.
