摘 要:对高储能密度电容器复合介质材料作了研究.在采用介电陶瓷/有机聚合物作复合介质材料的实验中,研究了复合材料的介电系数与组成成分的关系,研究发现,ε随陶瓷成分的增加而增大,并且存在一个临界组分,在此组分时,ε有突变.研究表明,用介电陶瓷与有机聚合物复合可制出储能密度较高的电容器介质材料.Composite dielectric materials for capacitors of high energy storage density has been studied. The relation between the dielectric constant ε of the composite material and the composition of the material,and the dielectric ceramics/organic polymer has been experimentally investigated. It is shown that the dielectric constant will increase with an increase of the content of the ceramics in the composite and that there is a critical point at which exhibits a sudden change.The conclusion can be drawn that a capacitor of high energy storage density can be prepared with the composite of dielectric ceramics and organic polymers.
