摘　　要：目的重视基层医疗机构药事管理工作。方法调查基层医疗机构药事管理工作现状,针对存在的问题提出合理化建议与对策。结果与结论基层医疗机构应加强政策法规的学习,提高对药事管理工作的认识;加大对硬件设施的投入,塑造良好的医院形象;强化监管,全面推进药事管理工作;坚持以人为本,重视人才培养。OBJECTIVE ：To arouse the attention of primary level medical institutions to the pharmaceutical administration work.METHODS：Rational proposals and strategies aimed at the problems were put forward by investigation the status quo of the pharmaceutical administration in the primary level medical institutions .RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS：Policies and laws ＆ regulations should be strengthened in the primary level medical institutions so as to improve their cognition on pharmaceutical administration; hardware facilities should be improved so as to establish a favorable hospital image; Supervision should be strengthened to facilitate the launching of pharmaceutical administration extensively; ＂People-centered＇ approach should be emphasized and fully attention should be given to the culture of talents.
