摘　　要：提出一种新型电动机磁控起动装置,在电动机定子回路串入磁饱和可控电抗器来实现电动机的软起动。该装置克服了传统软起动方案不能连续调节的缺点。文章论述了软起动装置的工作原理,并以MC196KC单片机为核心设计了控制器。现场试验结果表明该装置能够限定电动机起动电流,达到设计目的。A new design of magnetic control type motor soft starter is provided, which makes the controllable inductor connect with the stator of motor in series. The design overcomes the limitation of motor soft starters at present which can＇t regulate continually, the theory of the soft starter is discussed, and the controller based on MC196KC is designed. The resultof prototype shows the starter can limit the start current of motor as expected.
