摘　　要：介绍了一种在远程对C8051F02XSOC系列单片机进行固件升级的系统。并对升级过程中产生的问题提出了解决办法。细述了通过JTAG操作方式刷新flash存储器的整个过程,并对几种固件升级方法进行了对比。This paper introduces a system that can remotely upgrades the firmware of the C8051F02X, a series of the SOC SCM, and provides some solutions for the problems generating in the process of upgrade. And it describes in detail the whole process of updating flash memories using JTAG operation mode. It comprises the updating methods of some kinds of firmware.
