摘 要:介绍了220kV成碧输电线路可控串联补偿器晶闸管阀的研制过程。首先针对晶闸管阀的运行工况建立相应的仿真模型,通过仿真分析得出晶闸管阀的电气强度。再根据晶闸管阀的电气强度要求选择合适的晶闸管及其辅助元件参数以及阀串联数,并从电气和热学两方面对晶闸管阀进行校核和优化设计。最后介绍了晶闸管阀投入试运行前的出厂以及现场试验等。该晶闸管阀投入实际运行表明了其设计的合理性,为以后可控串补阀的设计提供了可供借鉴的经验。The development process of thyristor valve for TCSC of the 220kV Chengbi transmission line is described. The electric design of the valve involves following procedures: firstly the simulation model for EMTDC that is corresponding to the operating condition of thyristor valve is built up and the current and voltage stresses of the thyristor valves are obtained by the simulations; then on the basis of obtained stresses the suitable thyristor, the parameters of its auxiliary elements and the series number of the valve are chosen, and in the respects of both electrical and thermal performances the design of thyristor valve is verified and optimized; finally the routine test and onsite test of the thyristor valve before its commissioning are presented. The practical application results show that the design of thyristor valve is rational and can be available for reference to the design of the valves for TCSC in future.
