摘　　要：为便于电力系统工作人员了解高压电气设备绝缘状况,笔者开发了一种高压电气设备绝缘信息管理与评估系统。本文介绍了该系统的整体设计方案,并重点阐述了高压电气设备绝缘评估的专家系统的设计方法。We design a kind of information management and evaluating system about the insulated situation of high voltage equipment on transformer substation. The whole design project of this system has been introduced, and the design method of expert＇s system about evaluating the insulated situation of high voltage equipments has been expatiated.
