摘　　要：介绍在自熔性镍基合金中加入一定比例W(C碳化钨)混合粉末,通过等离子喷焊技术制作混凝土泵耐磨板、耐磨环表面耐磨层的方法。此法使耐磨层的硬度、耐磨性有明显提高,延长了耐磨板、耐磨环的使用寿命。A proportion of WC mixed powder was added into self-melting Ni base alloy, then plasma spray welding process is applied to produce the wear resistant layer on wear plate and wear ring of concrete pump. The process is presented. The hardness and wear resistance of the layer are significantly increased, service life of wear plate and wear ring is extended.
