摘  要:电网互联的发展和负荷密度的增加,都迫切要求提高电力系统运行的稳定性和供电的电能质量。随着电力电子技术的日益发展,静止无功补偿器(SVC)在该领域发挥了巨大的作用。文中对TCR+FC型SVC样机的中的光电触发与监测系统进行了详细的介绍,阐述了晶闸管阀光电触发与监测系统基本要求,重点介绍了晶闸管电子板(TE)和阀基电子设备(VBE)的工作原理和具体实现。通过对它们的核心技术———取能回路与脉冲编码生成电路的说明,讨论了影响RC取能回路正常工作的各种因素,分析了电路的工作时序。在此基础上,分别对晶闸管电子板和阀基电子设备进行仿真研究,设计出一套符合静止无功补偿器(SVC)运行要求的触发与监测系统,运行试验的结果表明,样机设计效果良好。To promote operational stability and voltage quality of the power system, the development of power electronic technology, especially the static var compensator, has played an important role in this area. This paper introduces the photoelectric firing and monitoring system of the prototype SVC of TCR + FC. It also explains the requirements of the system of photoelectric firing and monitoring for thyristor valves, presenting working theory and realization of TE and VBE, through the illumination of core technology-the circuit of RC obtaining power and pulse creation. In addition, this paper discusses the factors influencing the normal work of RC and analysis the working schedule of circuit. Finally, according to the emulational study of TE and VBE, it presents a design of a firing and monitoring system that can meet the running requirement of the SVC. The trial operation has shown good results of the prototype design.
