摘  要:介绍和比较了双苯并噁唑类荧光增白剂OB-1的三种生产方法:(1)硫磺法;(2)叔丁醇法;(3)噁唑醛法。方法(1)生产简单,质量较好,但有收率低(50%)及污染性大的缺点,国内很少采用。方法(2)工艺简单、收率较高(79%),属环保型工艺,产品的荧光效果差,增白效果好,适用于普通塑料制品。方法(3)工艺简单、无污染、收率高(80%),而且产品质量优于其他方法生产的产品。Three synthesis technologies of bis-benzoxazolyls type florescent whitening agent OB-1, i.e., (1) sulfur method, (2) t-butanol method, (3) benzoxazolyl aldehyde method were introduced and compared. The method (1) has the advantage of simple technology and better quantity, but it has the defects of low yield (50%) and enviroment pollution, so it is used rare at home. The method (2) has the advantages of simple technology and higher yield (79%), but the product made in this method has lower florescent and higher whitening effect, so it is used for common plastics. The method (3) has advantages of simple technology, no pollution and high yield(81%), and the quantity of OB-1 produced in method (3) is superior to other methods.
