人参二醇组皂甙对失血性休克犬血气和酸硷平衡的影响

摘  要:40只杂种犬随机分为失血性休克人参预治疗组(HSG),失血性休克地塞米松预治疗组(HSD)和失血性休克组(HS)。于放血前1小时HSG组静注人参二醇组皂甙25mg/kg,HSD组肌注地塞米松1 mg/kg,然后颈动脉放血使平均动脉压维持5.33kPa,观察5h。结果表明,人参二醇组皂甙对休克犬PaO_2和O_2CT代偿性增加的程度略大于HSD和HS组,并使血液pH值明显下降的时间迟于HSD和HS组1h,而且pH值下降的程度比HSD和HS组要小。提示人参二醇组皂甙可以缓解代谢性酸中毒发生的程度,其作用显著地优于地塞米松。Forty mongrel dogs subjected to hemorrhagic hypotension at a mean arterial pressure of 5.33 kPa for 5 hours were divided into 3 groups, with one group pretreated with 25 mg/kg panaxadiol saponins (HSG) i.v., one group pretreated with 1.0 mg/kg dexamethasone (HSD) i.m.and one nonpretreatcd group (HS). The results showed that the degree of increase of PaO2 and O2CT for HSG group was a little higher, and the time of marked pH fall for the same group 1 h later than that in the HSD and HS groups.In addition, the amplitude of decrease of pH in the HSG group was also smaller.
