摘　　要：阐述各相关因素对坠落伤伤情的影响,及不同致伤条件下损伤的发生情况、致伤规律、伤情特点;分析坠落伤病案记录中存在的问题,说明规范坠落伤病历书写的意义,提出坠落伤病史采集及记录要素。To state the correlated factors influencing the severity of injury,and the significance of standard medical recording was emphasized. The problems in medical history recording of fall injury were also analyzed. The essential factors of medical history recording in fall injury was introduced.
