猫中缝大核对三叉神经脊束核尾端神经元电活动抑制作用的可能递质

摘  要:在17只猫的三叉神经脊束核尾端亚核(STCN)中的77个对电刺激下齿槽神经有诱发放电的神经元(EDN)和20个无诱发放电但有自发放电的神经元(SDN)上。观察了微电泳GABA、吗啡、5-HT和电刺激中缝大核(NRM)对这些神经元电活动的影响。结果提示:①电刺激NRM对多数EDN的诱发放电有抑制作用,对少数EDN无作用。向前者微电泳GABA对其中多数的诱发放电也产生明显的抑制作用,并与NRM的抑制作用相似,而向后者微电泳GABA则不产生抑制作用。微电泳GABA对多数SDN的自发放电也有明显的抑制作用。②微电泳吗啡只对少数可被NRM抑制的EDN有抑制作用。③微电泳5-HT对两种EDN均无明显的抑制作用,而对部分SDN则有兴奋作用。We studied in cats the effects of iontophoresis of GABA, morphine, 5-HT and stimulation of nucleus raphe magnus (NRM) on 77 neurons with evoked discharges (EDN) in response to stimulation of the inferior alveolar nerves(.IAN) in spinal trigeminal caudal nucleus (STCN) and 20 neurons with spontaneous discharges but without response to lAn stimulation. The results were as follows. (1) The evoked discharges of most EDN could be inhibited by NRM stimulation, only a few were not affected. Iontophoresis of GABA on the former could also inhibit most of them and the inhibition of GABA was similar to that of NRM stimulation. No effect of iontophoresis of GABA on the latter was observed. Iontophoresis of GABA could also inhibit the spontaneous discharges of most SDN; (2) Iontophoresis of morphine could inhibit only a few EDN which could also be inhibited by NRM stimulation;(3) Iontophoresis of 5-HT could not inhibit two kinds of EDN, but could excite some SDN.
