HPLC法测定雷公藤缓释胶囊中雷公藤内酯醇的含量

摘　　要：目的:研究雷公藤缓释胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用雷公藤内酯醇为对照品,以乙腈-水(V乙腈:V水=40:60)为流动相,流速1.0m L/m in,色谱柱为C18柱,检测波长为220nm。结果:雷公藤内酯醇在0.047～0.350μg/m l范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.88%(RSD=0.58%,n=5)。结论:该方法灵敏度高,准确,重现性好,可作为雷公藤内酯醇的含量测定方法。Objective： To establish a method for content determination of triptolide in the sustained-release capsule of Tripterygium Wilfordii by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods： High performance liquid chromatography was performed on C18 column. The chromatographic conditions were as follows： Acetonitrile-water （40：60） as mobile phase; flow rate being 1.0 ml/min and the detecting wavelength at 220nm.Results：Triptolide had good linear relation within the range from 0.047 to 0.350μg/ml （r=0.9995）. The average recovery was 99.88% （RSD=0.58%, n=5）. Conclusion： This method is convenient, accurate, reproducible, which can be used for content determinaton of triptolide.
