氯胺酮用于心脏贯通伤修补术麻醉的体会(附4例报告)

摘　　要：我院于1979年9月至1987年11月在氯胺酮静脉诱导及麻醉维持下行心脏贯通伤修补术4例。结合文献进行了讨论,提出了对此类病人麻醉,氯胺酮是较为理想的药物,并指出心脏贯通伤伴有心包填塞时,可赢得抢救时间,提高了病人的存活率。From September 1979 to November 1987, we used ketamine intravenously as the inducer and anaesthetics in operations for repairment of heart penetrating wounds in 4 cases. Ketamine is an ideal drug in operations for repairing heart penerating repairment, especially for such patients complicated by pericardial tamponade. In this case, ketamine anaesthesia is conducive to the operation and survival of the patients.
