摘　　要：介绍了新一代模拟仿真软件Dymola的基本原理和特点,并与目前常用的Simulink进行了比较,同时对将该软件应用于建筑暖通空调设备的动态分析模拟和系统仿真方面的思路予以阐述。This paper introduced basic principles, features of simulation software Dymola, and compared it with Simulink. Also presented was modeling and simulating of HVAC equipment and systems, in dynamic energy consumption in buildings.
