西洋参茎叶总皂甙对失血性休克鼠组织过氧化脂质含量的影响

摘　　要：本文实验结果表明,放血前20min静脉注射西洋参茎叶总皂甙(27mg/kg)组鼠(HSPQL)失血后4h肝、肺、脾、心及肾组织中过氧化脂质含量均显著低于单纯失血组鼠(HS)。此结果表明西洋参茎叶总皂甙具有降低失血性休克鼠过氧化脂质含量从而起到保护细胞膜及亚细胞膜结构的完整性作用。The effect of pretreatment with Panax quinquefolinus Linu (PQL) on contents of lipid peroxides in tissues was studied in hemorrhagically shocked rats. Levels of lipid peroxidation products in the heart, lung, spleen , liver and kidney were measured at 4 hours after bleeding. Levels of lipid peroxides in tissues mentioned above were markedly lower in the pretreated animals than that in the simply hemorrhagically shocked controlled rats.The results showed that PQL might markedly decrease the concentration of tissue lipid peroxides and prevent the cell membrane from damage caused by free radicals. We suggest that PQL may be used as one of the suitable drugs for treatment of shock.
