摘　　要：应用物理学、数学、力学、信息论、统计学和管理学等理论方法,提出了管理力、管理功和管理复杂度的基本概念、定义、基本原理和研究范围;并基于管理熵理论的基本原理,建立了企业管理系统复杂性评价的新尺度和评价方法;构造了尺度的矢量空间、数学模型及量化模型;以创造世界采矿奇迹的中国煤炭企业的旗帜一神府东胜煤炭责任有限公司为例,进行了企业组织管理系统复杂性实证研究与评价。This article applies the theories and methods of the physics, mathematics, dynamics, information science, statistics and management science to put forth the concepts, definitions, basic theorems and Research scopes of the management force, energy and complexity; based on the basic theories of the management entropy, establishes a new set of the metric for assessing the management complexity and modules the vectorial space, mathematical modules. Some ideals about enhancing the management and effectiveness and efficiency have been proposed. So that, this researches have tried to enrich the theories of the complexity theories in management circle and a case study has been enacted and verified.
