摘 要:采用凝胶型阴、阳离子氧化还原树脂和大孔型阴、阳离子氧化还原树脂对去除脱盐水中的溶解氧进行了试验。结果表明:在不同温度和流化床、顺流床、浮动床3种运行方式下,脱盐水分别通过凝胶型氧化还原阳离子交换树脂和大孔氧化还原阳离子交换树脂后,其含氧量均不超过20μg/L,符合发电机内冷水的用水要求;脱盐水通过2种氧化还原阴离子交换树脂后其含氧量均超过60μg/L,不宜用作除氧树脂。gel-type anion, cation redox resin and macro-reticular type anion, cation redox resin were used in the test of removing dissolved oxygen from deionized water. The results showed that: the content of oxygen in the deionized water was lower than 20 μg/L after it flew through the two cation redox resins in three working conditions which were fluid bed, downstream bed and floating bed under the different temperatures, which met the demand for cool water used in dynamos; on the contrary, the content of oxygen in the deionized water was more than 60 μg/L after it flew through the two anion resins, so, these two anion redox resins could not be used for oxygen removal.
