排班考勤管理系统在医院的开发与应用

摘　　要：目的:实现排班考勤管理的信息化来提高医院排班考勤管理的质量和效率。方法:设计和开发医院排班考勤管理系统并投入应用。结果:通过该系统医院劳资部门可以进行排班系统设置和工作日数据、考勤数据的统计;各科室负责排班人员可以设置本科室上班人员和进行排班操作;全院职工根据排班表的安排上班,并进行上下班计算机刷卡,同时还可以查看查询其他科室人员的排班情况;院领导和科室主任有查看某科室职工考勤情况的权限。所有排班表和统计结果都可以生成报表打印输出。结论:该系统不但操作简便、实用性强,较大地提高了医院劳资部门及各科室对职工的排班考勤管理的质量和效率,而且功能完整、通用性好,适合于信息化时代各类医院用于科室和职工的排班考勤管理工作。Aim： To improve quantity and efficiency of the schedule and work attendance management by information technology. Method： To design and develop the hospital schedule and work attendance management infon, nation system. Result： The human resource department can set the parameters of this system to check the work of attendance and summary the work days. Officers of various departments can arrange the work schedule their own employee. All employee of the hospital go to work by the schedule tables and check out in the computer when on and out of work, at the same time they can inquire the work situations of others. The presidents of the hospital and the directors of departments have the fight to check the attendance of employee. All the schedule tables and statistic results can be printed. Conclusion： This system not only can be operated easily, but also can improve the quantity and efficiency of management to the schedule and check the working attendance by hospital human resource department. It has full and universal functions which suits to all kinds of hospitals.
