摘 要:采用高温熔液法生长BaA lBO3F2晶体(简称BABF)时,组分挥发严重。本文分析了晶体生长前后的组分中相关元素的重量损失,发现易挥发的物质可能是硼的氧化物和氟化物;X射线衍射分析确定挥发物中还含有少量的NaC l。通过改变助熔剂与熔质的配比,明显降低了晶体的生长温度,减少了组分挥发,优化了晶体生长条件,得到24mm×20mm×6mm尺寸的晶体。BaAlBO3F2 crystal(BABF) was grown by the high temperature solution method. The volatility was obvious during the crystal growth. The loss of relevant elements was found during the crystal growth through analytical chemistry methods. The main volatile was borides and NaC1 was also proved in the volatile by X-ray diffraction. Volatility and growth temperature were decreased obviously through change of the ratio of solute and fluxs and a crystal with dimensions of 24mm × 20mm × 6mm was obtained.
