摘  要:采用超临界CO2萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法萃取荆芥穗的挥发性成分,并用GC-MS分析测定了其中的各种化学成分及相对含量。超临界CO2萃取物中共鉴定了41种成分,水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油共鉴定了32种成分;主要成分长叶薄荷酮的相对含量有显著不同。这说明两者在成分及含量上还是存在一定的差异。Volatile oil was extracted from the ear of Sehizonepeta tenifollia Briq. by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and steam distillation, then GC-MS was used to analyse their components and determine the content. There were 41 components identified from products of supercfitieal carbon dioxide extraction, while 32 from those of steam distillation. The eontent of the main component, pulegone, was also different in the two extracts. It showed that the two extractions have differences in eomponent and content to a certain extent.
