摘 要:目的观察IL-2对感染旋毛虫小鼠免疫功能的影响及旋毛虫在小鼠体内的发育。方法小鼠感染旋毛虫后,分别采用ELISA和流式细胞仪检测小鼠不同时期外周血中IL-2含量、CD4^+及CD8^+T淋巴细胞的百分率。取小鼠不同部位肌肉观察旋毛虫的发育和分布。结果小鼠感染旋毛虫后1~5周IL-2的含量较正常组明显增加。小鼠感染旋毛虫后1~6周,CD4^+T细胞较正常组明显减少,CD8^+T淋巴细胞明显增多,CD4^+/CD8^+比值明显下降。旋毛虫幼虫主要分布在小鼠的膈肌,其次为咬肌,舌肌最少。结论IL-2对感染旋毛虫小鼠早期具有一定的免疫抑制作用,小鼠感染旋毛虫后21d即可检出旋毛虫,35~42d密度达最高。Objective: Dynamic changes of IL-2 form mice infected and the its development of T. spiralis in the body of mouse. Methods: After mice were infected with T. spiralis, the content of IL-2 in peripheral blood was detected by ELISA with the percentage of CD4^+ and CD8^+ cells in peripheral blood cells, and using flow eytometer at different periods, and then observing the development and distribution of muscles of different parts of mice of T. spiralis. Results: The content of IL-2 in infected mice within 1~5 weeks was increased significantly than that in normal mice. The percentage of CD4+ cells in infected group was lowered in normal group within 1~6 weeks, thus, that of CD4^+ cells decreased and CD8^+ cells increased, and the rate of CD4^+ and CD8^+ decreased significantly. The main distribution of the larva of T. spiralis is in the muscle of midriff, and in the masseter, and then in the muscle linguae is the smallest. Conclusion: It suggests that IL-2 could have immunological effects in mice infected with T. spiralis. T. spiralis can be inspected after 21 days when the mouse was infected, and the density of T. spiralis would reach the peak during 35 to 42 days after the infection.
