摘 要:采用溶液聚合法制备了掺杂态聚苯胺的二甲苯溶液,并改变单体配比合成了一系列丙烯酸树脂。采用溶液共混法将聚苯胺溶液与丙烯酸树脂共混,制备了双组分导电涂膜。系统地研究了不同单体配比的丙烯酸树脂与聚苯胺的相容性,探讨了树脂中丙烯酸单体及苯乙烯单体含量对共混物成膜表面电阻和其他物理性能的影响。结果表明:丙烯酸树脂中丙烯酸单体含量为20%时,树脂与聚苯胺具有较好的相容性。苯乙烯含量为20%~30%时,共混物成膜性能良好。当聚苯胺含量在10%~25%之间时,得到的涂膜表面电阻为100~102.5kΩ,附着力均为0级,耐冲击性均为50 cm,硬度为2H^2B。A xylene solution of adulterated polyaniline has been prepared by chemical oxidation polymerization process,and a series of polyacrylate resins was synthesized with various monomer ratios.The blend of polyaniline and polyacrylate was made by solution process,which is further used to prepare the conductive coatings film.The compatibility of polyaniline with polyacrylate at various monomer ratios was investigated and influence of amount of acrylate and styrene monomers in acrylic resins on surface resistance and other physical properties of blend is discussed.It has shown that 20% of acrylate monomer will lead a better compatibility of resin with polyaniline and 20%~30% of styrene will lead a good film formation of blend,and 10%~25 % of polyaniline will lead a coatings film with surface resistance of 10^(0^2.5) kΩ,adhesion grade 0,impact 50 cm and hardness 2H^2B.
