摘　　要：本文对15 000 m3/h制氧机生产中存在的问题进行了分析,论述了空分设备提高氩气质量和产量的实施方案。This article made the analyses to 15 000 m^3/h in the production of the oxygen manufacture machine that exists some questions. It argued the equipment of the plan of raising the quality and the output of the argon.
