摘　　要：近年来广西建成的西南出海大通道,使大西南腹地和北部湾港口通过铁路、公路和航空网络形成了一个体系,但其体系功能并未充分发挥;充分利用广西独特的区位优势,资源优势及政策优势,加快广西中心城市经济走廊和通道经济建设,加强与东、西部地区的经济合作,实现“西江经济走廊”和粤桂一体化,全面融入珠三角,是广西构建中心城市经济走廊和通道经济建设和实现以“富裕广西、文化广西、生态广西、平安广西”为目标的“四个广西”和谐社会的必然选择。In recent years, the thoroughfare to the sea built recently connect ＇the southwest hinterland＇ and ＇the north sea harbor＇ into a system by railways, highways and airlines. But this system had not been brought into play sufficiently. It is a must to make the best of the advantage of the location of GUANGXI, the advantage of the resources and policies of it, to speed up the contruction of establishing economy thoroughfare and the circulation economy, to strengthen the economic cooperation between the east and the west, and to integrate ＇the XIJIANG corridor＇ and GUANGDONG and GUANGXI if we want to make a harmonious GUANGXT. And it helps us achieve the goal - ＇a rich GUANGXI, a civilized GUANGXI, a green GUANGXI, a peaceful GUANGXI＇.
