摘　　要：《钢结构设计规范(》GB50017)中首次对构件连接中的撕裂计算作出规定,但未引起足够的重视。通过算例,说明该计算的必要性。并结合中美规范中的不同计算方法,给出二者的比较意见。The formula of block shear are first brought forward in code for design of steel structures （GB50017-2003）,but fewer people pay attention on them. In this paper, to illustrate the essential, several examples are given. Furthermore, the necessary comments are proposed by comparing AISC specification and PRC code.
