摘  要:烧结矿的粒度组成情况是衡量烧结矿质量的一个重要指标。本文根据分形几何学理论,对低硅烧结矿的粒度分布进行了定量描述,确立了粒度分布的分形维数与配碳量的关系,并通过扫描电镜,X射线能谱仪,光学显微镜等现代检测手段对不同配碳量下的低硅烧结矿的微观结构特征进行了描述,分析了微观结构和烧结矿质量之间的关系。结果表明,烧结矿的粒度分布的分形特征明显,分形维数是定量表征烧结矿的粒度分布的有效方法,从而为改善烧结矿粒度组成,并为烧结矿的进一步深入研究提供了一个新思路、新方法。Grain size constitution of sinter is an important index sign to measure the quality of sinter. In this paper, according to the fractal theory, the grain size distribution of sinter with low SiO2 was quantificationally discussed. The relationship between the fractal dimension and content of carbon was proposed. And by using the scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray energy dispersive analysis(EDS), optical microscopy( OM ), the microstroctures of low sinter with different contents of carbon were described, and the relationship between the microstrocture and quality of sinter were also analyzed The result indicated that, the fractal characteristic of sinter was distinct; fractal dimension was valid to quantificationally describe the gram size distribution of sinter with low SiO2 , and offer a new way for further study on the quality of sinter.
