摘 要:采用二次正交回归试验方法得到了喷涂工艺参数与反应超音速喷涂合成涂层滑动磨损性能的定量关系,研究了涂层的磨损失效机制,并分析了氧气流量、燃气流量和喷涂距离对超音速火焰喷涂合成TiCNi涂层滑动磨损性能的影响。结果表明:涂层的磨损机制以粘结相的优先磨损以及硬质相的剥落引起的磨粒磨损为主。氧气流量、燃气流量和喷涂距离对涂层滑动磨损性能有较大影响。适中的氧气流量、燃气流量有利于获得耐磨性较好的涂层,喷涂距离较小时,涂层的磨损失重量变化不明显,喷涂距离较大时,失重量较高。Based on the orthogonal regression experiments, the wear performance of TiC-Ni coatings prepared by reactive HVOF spraying under different flows of both propane and oxygen and spray distance was investigated.The wear mechanism of the coating was detected through analyzing the morphology of sliding worn surface. The effect of spraying parameters such as spray distance, O_2 and C_3H_8 flow rate on the wear weight loss of the coatings was also discussed.The results show that the flow of propane and oxygen and spray distance have great influence on the sliding wear performance of the coatings. Moderate flows of both propane and oxygen are beneficial to deposit coatings with good sliding wear resistance. When spray distance is long, the sliding wear weight loss of the coatings is dominated by the spray distance, however,no significaht effect of spray distance on the wear weight loss of the coatings is observed for short spray distance.
